I chose the mid-course of 100,000 won, 150,000 won, and 200,000 won,If you come to this area,
Best sushi in the area by a country mile
Uni and Toro are very good, overall great sushi and sashimi, and the shrimp miso soup is very tasty!
Worth splurging on the omakase menu. We went for the 15000 yen option and seriously it was the best Japanese dinner I've had in my entire life. Top quality, freshest ingredients, prepared and/or cooked to perfection. Incredible service, English speaking staff and menu available. Make reservations in advance to avoid disappointment. I wanna go back!
Niseko's best sushi taste and the personality of the shop staff are the best!
Amazing sushis! The lunch set is close to perfection.
Cost-effective, staff store enthusiasm! The quality of food is good!
Great food and great prices. Worth the 15 minute drive away from the resort for no wait
This shop if you enjoy sushi at Niseko. The net is a feature, Tsukiji, Toyosu direct delivery.
Great Sashimi!
Best sushi im Niseko! The sushi chef was very friendly and made dinner extra enjoyable
Full of great sushi!
It is the No. 1 sushi restaurant in the Niseko area.Considering eating in Tokyo, it's pretty good!
Wonderful restaurant, the service is an example of the best that Japan has to offer. The menu is fantastic but I recommend going for the set menu and letting the chef serve the best he has ... And you will not be disappointed.
A gem that a general trained in Tokyo holds with confidence. Quality that can hardly be tasted in Tokyo. Many foreign tourists
Great serviceVery good and tasty food.Little bit expensive but totally worth it!
Fantastic
The best sushi restaurant in Niseko.I mean there is another great sushi spot in the area but considering what you pay, it is way beyond what you expect. The owner of the restaurant has over 20 years of experience as sushi chef and on top of that, he has worked in fish whole sale in order to get the best seafood when he open his own restaurant. No he did and yes, you definitely get superb sushi and awesome service.Highly recommended!!
No matter what you eatIt is regrettableIt is deliciousThe staff's reception is also natural and comfortableIt is a nice favorite shop!I want to go every day! A
A lot of fresh ingredients and a la carteWe used at banquet, but all are deliciousThere is no loss no matter what you eat
I ate Omakase, but it's level, so I recommend it !! Staff are friendly too
Great service with food that is well prepared and tasty. However, do not expect large portions as they try to make you meals look fancy. The 25 course menu is really something as each dish is well prepared and presented to you very differently giving you a taste of Hokkaido.
Without a doubt the best sushi I have eaten in Japan! Exquisite! The staff is very attentive and friendly. Thank you!
I make a reservation.very delicious.
A little hole in the wall, that hides an amazing gastronomic journey. From starter to dessert, the ante keeps getting upped.I will be back!
Very tasty Japanese food must come to the restaurant!
A blissful encounter with a good sushi restaurant while traveling.
A must go restaurant in Niseko. Super excellent food quality.
Very delicious ...
Delicious, fresh and tasty set lunch. Choose either a 10 pc sushi set or a chirashi and it comes with a wholesome sea laver soup, seafood salad and chawanmushi. Priced reasonably with good service. Wonderful experience.
A shop that can be used for both casual and formal occasions.It was delicious ~ Shiawase ^ _ ^^ _ ^^ _ ^
Went for the 15k yen tsuki course. It was a lot but it was entirely superb. The child set was really good too!
The first-class materials and the containers and finishes that make use of them, including mixed appetizers, rumors.
Excellent service, superlative sushi and well balanced accompanying dishes.
I can eat something such high quality sushi in Niseko! I am deeply moved. Especially when sashimi at the time of leaving is excellent
Delicious soba and sashimi rice for lunch.
Pleasure on my mouth!
Best omasake in town, highly recommended when you are in Niseko but make sure to reserve ahead of time
It is a clean and friendly restaurant. I tried it because it was delicious. It is fresh but it is difficult to evaluate because I have not eaten seafood in the first place;
A delicious sushi restaurant
Amazing food we pre-ordered the cheapest set menu and still loads of food. Started with seafood salad then sashimi, grilled fish, sushi, miso soup and ice cream. We had a great time, great ambient, service and food. About 16 mins in taxi from hirafu welcome centre.
Very nice restaurant with lots of great and fresh food. Go for the kaiseki. Service is very good and attentive. Reservations are a must.
The shop where there is no doubt, although the threshold is slightly high. Tempura, sashimi, sushiYou can eat neat Japanese food such as. We are also very satisfied with the staff's response.
Great food with impeccable service. Had omakase over new year. Only draw back is the price. Set meals come at 10k, 15k, 20k per head and for the area, is on the pricey side.
You can find a lot better sushi in Tokyo and the price here was very high. We had fun though.
I dropped on the 7th day after the earthquake. I ordered a lunch for you to leave at noon. I was relieved to talk about various things during the meal as well, as you probably would have been serious due to the earthquake. Everything that appeared was touched only by levels that I never ate. It was tasty at its best even among the sushi I ate. It is better to drop in if you come to Niseko!
Worth the price. Tasty omakase in niseko. Parking available. Booking in advance is recommended.
One word: integrity. This place is amazing and the chef sets the tone. Hokkaido seafood with a wide selection of dishes and a good sake and wine selection.
Very yummy Omakase dinner
You know it's not good when you go to a sushi place, pay for the most expensive course, and one of your main dish highlights is the started salad.Staff was accommodating to foreigners, but sitting at the bar was an underwhelming experience. Having dined with Michelin Starred sushi restaurants in Tokyo, it was clear that there was a huge gap between them and Hanayoshi. The food presentation was only okay, and sometimes poor from what you'd expect. For instance, the reverse uni nigiri was inventive, but the oozing uni visible from the outside and the rice falling apart made the dish subpar. The sushi portion of our course was okay, but the rest was just extremely underwhelming. Unfortunately, we left the restaurant with a sense of wastefulness on our part. Luckily for us we had a 3* Michelin booked the next evening in Sapporo which restored our faith in high end dining (and it was cheaper than Hanayoshi). It's a shame, we were truly excited to eat here!
